Our goal is to accommodate a diverse group of interests and abilities. It is not NCA-MUG’s purview or intention to stand-in for, or to attempt to replace Apple’s AppleCare support service, or the highly-trained “guru” cadres — who support Apple products for all owners, for free, by appointment — found at Apple Store Genius Bars.

As of 2022, membership in NCA-MUG requires the payment of dues. Dues are collected for each calendar year. For the 2022 calendar year, dues for each Individual member are set at $30.
