NCA-MUG’s ‘Second Saturday’ meetups are one of the benefits of membership.

From the beginning, National Capital Apple Macintosh Users Group (NCA-MUG) has endeavored to regularly gather members at meetups. The events occur at least ten times each year at the Cleveland Park Library, located in northwest Washington, D.C.

On occasion, the association also joins with other nearby groups for special event talks, and occasionally we are invited to participate with a local Apple Store, for their special events.

NCA-MUG's meetup schedule is set for the second Saturdays of each month, except for the months of August and December when NCA-MUG does not hold a meetup.

In April, 2020 NCA-MUG was forced to cancel in-person meetups indefinitely due to the rising pandemic. Since then, the Zoom online meeting platform has provided NCA-MUG members a means to gather in a private, online forum.

Thanks to Board members, NCA-MUG was able to quickly move and acclimate to this format. NCA-MUG has continued to successfully gather on the second Saturday of the month, ten times a year, via the Zoom platform.

NCA-MUG meetups have always been a mix of discussions, presentations, Q&A, and a chance to socialize with other members.

Whether in-person or over Zoom, NCA-MUG’s meetups are the place where members share knowledge, updates, resources & information, tips & tricks, and more.

For current information on Upcoming Events see NCA-MUG’s Calendar.
